I am a Senior AI Algorithm Engineer with expertise in deep learning + computer vision and its applications, particularly in intelligent vision/video analysis and advanced image/video processing. My goal is to develop and deploy the latest and most cutting-edge AI models in practical settings.

My job responsibilities include the development and deployment of the latest and most advanced AI models on edge devices equipped with MediaTek APU. Additionally, I am accountable for co-designing the Deep Learning Accelerator for the corresponding device from an algorithmic perspective.

Projects
This is a industry-university cooperative research project with IMAGEBROAD Inc. The goal is to establish a user-friendly medical information system that is easier to read and use. The medical data records in timeline, list and other presentations allowing users to view medical data with different perspectives. And we exploit the huge amounts of medical information to infer the cause and effect of the disease, the occurrence of the order, the symptoms associated and so on.
This my final project in introduction to multimedia course. First, use the object segment algorithm to extract specific objects from a input image. Then, exploit the exemplar-based inpainting algorithm to repair the background. and exploit the seam carving algorithm to resize the background. Finally put the objects back to produce images with changed background.
Services
After graduating from the master, I become a Research Assistant in ELSA Lab at National Tsing Hua University. My research topic is how to control robots with reinforcement learning in simulation environment. I exploit reinforcement learning methods to control robotic arm in Kuka simulation environmen. And I participate in CrowdAI NIPS 2018: AI for Prosthetics Challenge, developing a controller to enable a physiologically-based human model with a prosthetic leg to walk and run with reinforcement learning musculoskeletal model.
I work with Prof. Chun-Yi Lee in NVIDIA Deep Learning Workshop as teaching assistant in deep learning course and CUDA course. I responsible for parallel programming homework include MPI programming, CUDA programming, cache coherence simulation and GEM5 multicore platform.
In 2016 spring Semester, I serve as teaching assistant in parallel computer architecture course at National Tsing Hua University. I Teach office workers and students introduction to deep learning, deep learning applications with tensorflow, introduction to accelerated computing, and accelerating applications with CUDA python.
